Säästökennon pihasuunnitelman luonnos on alla. Pyydämme asukkailta ja osakkailta kommentteja siihen. Suunnitelmalla ohjataan piha-alueiden käyttöä, esimerkiksi uusitaanko leikkipaikka tai poistetaan sellainen. Suunnitelmassa punaisella on merkitty muutokset. Toivomme osakkailta ja asukkailta ideoita, mutta myös kriittistä näkemystä siihen miten yhtiön pihaa käytetään nyt ja tulevaisuudessa.

Hallitus käsittelee palautteen ja päivittää suunnitelmaa sen pohjalta. Suunnitelma tuodaan yhtiökokoukselle tiedoksi 2023 yhtiökokoukseen. Suunnitelman pohjalta tehtävistä urakoista tai toimista päätetään erikseen niiden mittakaavan mukaan joko hallituksessa tai yhtiökokouksessa.

Pyydämme vain yhden vastauksen per huoneisto. Kysely on auki 9.12 asti.

See the draft of Säästökenno’s yard plan attached. We are asking residents and shareholders for comments and feedback on the plan. The plan guides the use of the yard areas, for example whether the playground is renewed or removed. Changes are marked with red in the plan. (We are sorry that changes are only in Finnish.) We are hoping for ideas/comments from shareholders and residents, and also a critical view of how our yard is used now and in the future.

The board processes the feedback and updates the plan based on it. The plan will be brought to the general meeting in 2023. Actions based on the plan will be decided separately according to the scale of changes either in the board or in the general meeting.

We only ask for one answer per apartment. The survey is open until 9.12.
