PÄIVITYS: valmistuminen on siirtynyt kuukaudella eli laitteistojen asennus on valmis tammikuun 2022 lopussa.
Tom Allen Senera Oy toteuttaa kiinteistössä lämmitysjärjestelmän muutostyön. Nykyisen kaukolämmön tilalle rakennetaan rakennuskohtainen maalämpö- ja LTO-järjestelmä.
Poraustyöt alkavat viikolla 31 (maanantai 2.8.→) Alueelta 1. Alueelta 1 siirrytään alueelle 2, joka alkaa näillä näkymin viikolla 33. Poraustöiden arvioitu kesto on noin 2 viikkoa/alue, kokonaisaika noin 8 viikkoa. Poraustöiden jälkeen työt jatkuvat lämmönkeruun vaakaputkistojen kaivu- ja asennustöillä alueittain. Kaivualue ja avoinna olevat kaivannot (syvyys n. 0.8m) aidataan tarpeen mukaan suoja-aidoilla. Kulkureitit asuntoihin pyritään pitämään auki ja reitti varustetaan kulkusilloilla mikäli tarvetta on.

Tom Allen Senera Inc. installs a new heating system for the apartment buildings. Current district heating system will be converted to geothermal heating and exhaust air heat recovery system.
The drilling work of the geothermal boreholes will start on the week 31, Monday 02.08. onwards. The drilling work will start from the area 1 (Työmaa-alue 1 in the picture). The work proceeds to the area 2 (Työmaa-alue 2 in the picture). This will take place on week 33 according to the progress estimate. The duration of the drilling work will be appr. 2 weeks per area, the complete duration of all of the drilling work is estimated to be appr. 8 weeks.
After the geotherml borehole drilling, the work continues with excavation of the ground for the horizontal geothermal liquid pipes in each area. The excavation area and the open pits will be fenced according to the need. The open pits are appr. 0,8m in depth. The entrances to the apartments will be kept open as much as possible. Walk bridges will be provided as needed.

The system installation work will result in some interruptions in heat and domestic hot water distribution. These schedule of these interruptions will be informed as the work proceeds.
