Urakan sisältö on pääosin seuraava:
- Telineiden asennus pitkille sivuille ( ei huputusta )
- Julkisivun betoniosien painepesu ja maalaus
- Julkisivun ja parvekkeiden saumausten uusinta
- Päätyjen nurkkapilareiden ruiskubetonointi ja rappaus
- Sisäänkäyntien rappauskorjaus ja maalaus
Työt alkavat vapun 2.5.2022 työmaan perustamisella ja telinemateriaalin toimituksella sekä telineiden asennuksella lohkosta 1 ( kts lohkojako sekä aikataulu )
Rappukäytävissä nähtävillä myös yleisaikataulu, työmaasuunnitelma, lohkojaot sekä asukasinfomateriaali sekä yhteystietoluettelo.
Työt tehdään ulkokautta joten asuntoihin sisälle ei tulla tämän urakan yhteydessä
Parvekkeet tulevat urakan aikana olemaan hetkellisesti pois käytöstä.
Toimenpiteistä asukkaille koskien parvekkeen tyhjennystä jaetaan tiedote n 5 vrk ennen töiden aloitusta.
Ikkunat tulee pitää suljettuina työalueella klo 7.00 – 18.00.

The content of the contract is mainly as follows:
– Installation of racks for balcony lines (no hood)
– Pressure washing of clinker parts of facades
– Pressure washing and painting of concrete parts of the facade
– Painting of concrete and steel parts of balconies
– Coating of balcony floors
– Painting of steel parts of the facade
Work will begin after Easter (19.4) with the construction of a construction site and the delivery of scaffolding material.
Pressure washing work on the balconies and facades in the courtyard will also start after Easter.
The contractor will announce the progress of the work on a notice board at the door of the waste room on a weekly basis.
The notice board also contains the contract schedule and site plan
The work will be done from the outside, so you will not enter the apartments in connection with this contract
The balconies will be temporarily out of order during the contract (approx. 3 weeks / line). A notice about the measures for emptying the balcony will be distributed to the residents about 5 days before the start of the work.
Windows should be kept closed in the work area from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
